Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

This is an interesting research topic but DHS data may not be well suited for it. For one thing, I am not sure that these forced "marriages" would be reported, years later, as having been marriages. I also think there is relevant information about girls/women outside this age range, who in effect serve as a control group. Age at first birth could be relevant and more definitive than age at first marriage.

DHS staff cannot help further, but I hope other forum users will have suggestions.
