Hello DHS team,

the hv012 and hv013: defacto and dejure are the same in IR and HR files of the 18/19 Uganda data.
Is it possible?
I'm trying to replicate the table 2.4 (using HML32 and HML35) of the MIS report and its not the same values for dejure and defacto!
