Hi Blessings

We were not involved in either of these surveys and do not have data for these surveys. I found reference to them in the GHDX website at the following pages:
http://ghdx.healthdata.org/record/malawi-national-micronutri ent-survey-2001 and http://ghdx.healthdata.org/record/malawi-micronutrient-surve y-2009 but these do not contain any indication of where the data is available. I would suggest contacting the agencies that conducted the surveys directly (listed in the citations above) or some of the individuals listed in the document you attached.
