Unmatched results after merging HR and IR [message #18306]

I am trying to merge HR and IR files for Tanzania 2010 and 2015-16. When I merge the two recodes by variables v001 and v002 as suggested in the DHS guide I get some unmatched results because it seems that in the HR file there are more individual IDs.

Is it because in each household there are also men and kids and merging by women I just capture them?
