Dear all,

I have a problem while calculating the above-mentioned prevalences in R-studio.
For instance, I use data from DHS India 2006, R gives me a value of 37.5% for stunting prevalence (weighted) and 43.5% stunting prevalence (unweighted).
The official value by stat compiler is 48%. But somehow if I calculate stunting prevalence with stata it gives me 42% stunting prevalence (weighted) and
38% unweighted. Why are the R values so different from the Stata values?

I hope someone can help me.

Best regards,
StatMo
