Dear All

I am a student of Epidemiology at University of Antwerp, Belgium,

I am currently looking at DHS data for the last five survey for Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. I intend to look at the trends in vaccination uptake and determinants as proxy for assessing vaccine hesitancy in the East African region.

However, i found 2006 data for Uganda disturbing, the summary statistics for DPT are significantly different from the final report

I generated the age for children under five as follows:
gen months = v008-b3
gen agechild=.
replace agechild=1 if b5==1 & months>11 & months<24
replace agechild=2 if b5==1 & months>23 & months<36
replace agechild=3 if b5==1 & months>35 & months<=59

Please attached stata summary for DPT,
