Add back the question "Does your spouse/partner know that you are using...." And also importantly, the next question about who takes the decision about contraceptive use. We used these two questions and the matching of reported contraceptive methods (indirect estimate of covert use) in our SFP article last year and you see high sensitivity and specificity of our algorithm using those so....
