In surveys before 2009 the consent for SPA surveys did not allow to share locations for facilities nor facility names. Providing this piece of information will potentially identify facilities since, for instance, there are few hospitals and if district location would have been provided, it could identify the hospital. This would violate the confidentiality terms set for SPA surveys before 2009.
