Dear members of this excellent forum,
I am learning how to do cox regression/survival analysis using Uganda demographic and health survey data for 2016. I read through a number of previous posts in this forum. Despite having found some responses that are helpful, I still could do much. I read through DHS data manual, got hints but my challenge is computing the survival times, survival probabilities and death rates using SPSS. I already identified variables: B7,B3, B5,V008, V005 as some of the variables I can use. I will be very grateful to a kind hearted person take me through process of deriving the necessary variables for performing cox regression or survival analysis.

Thanks alot in advance.
