Hi,

I would like to know, on what basis, urban and rural were classified for Nepal DHS? For instance, before federalism, are village development committees categorized into rural and municipalities into urban

And after federalism, municipalities into urban and rural municipalities into rural.

Please let me know if my thing is right.
