Child anthropometry in Nepal 2016 DHS [message #15778]

In the children's recode file, there are approximately 5,000 children, but only 2,379 had height/weight measurements taken. In looking at the DHS 7 recode manual, it appears that all children under 5 should have had anthropometric measurements taken. Is there a reason why many of the children were not measured?
