Hi, I am working on a paper using the Service Provision Assessment surveys. One of the reviewers asked that I include the average response rates in SPA surveys. I couldn't find this online. Any chance others have seen the average response/non-response rates for SPA surveys? If there is any material that I can cite, that will be great.
