Greetings -

I am writing to inquire about the timing of fieldwork associated with the 2011 Ethiopia Child Recode dataset (Stata). Using the code below, the year associated with fieldwork is 2003, and months cover April through September. Online however, it seems fieldwork covered October 2010 through May 2011.

Has anyone encountered this before? Is this a misspecified download file? Many thanks in advance to the community.

use ETKR61FL.DTA, clear

tab v007

gen edate = mdy(v006,v016,v007)
gen interview_date = edate
format interview_date %d

hist interview_date, normal percent
