Hi Ellie,

Sounds like an ambitious project. I would recommend starting with StatCompiler.com, which has all the DHS data in aggregate form. You can find nets by clicking on "Choose Indicator" and then the "Complete List" tab. Net information is under the Malaria topic. You can look at nets over time by country and further break the analysis down by other variables, like Urban/Rural.

Once you have the breakdown you like, you can download the aggregated data and work with it in Excel or SPSS. It is already weighted. Unfortunately, StatCompiler doesn't calculate confidence intervals for most variables though.
