Dear User,
Can you please provide the exact name of the file you downloaded and are referring to?
Please see below for the naming conventions we use.
Quote:

CCDDVVFFDS.EXT

Where:
CC Country Code
DD Data Type (see below)
VV Phase or Contract (DHS I - VII) | Release Version (71, 7A, etc.)
FF Data File Format
DS Data Structure (SR: SPA Recode | SP: SPA Raw)
EXT File extension

And below are the data types the Data Archivist identified within the SPA surveys:
