Hello,

What was the consent procedure for the observations and exit interviews performed in the Malawi SPA 2013-14? I see in the report, there are consent forms for the manager/person in charge and for the health care worker interviews, but not for the exit interviews or labor observations. In addition, which IRBs approved the protocol?
