Merging children from PR file with Mothers from IR file [message #13577]

Hi, i am trying to merge children from PR file with their mothers from IR file in which can not be done successfully by using cluster id and household id because in some cases there are more than 1 woman (mother) from PR file living in same household. In IR file these mothers have different line numbers but same household number. Please suggest me any way out of merging this kind of data set.
