The recode manual only contains information for standard variables, which explains why you didn't find S414, which is a country specific variable. For country specific questions, the variables are generally named and coded in the same way as they were on the questionnaire. The variable will have a leading "SH" if the question was asked at the household level, a leading "S" if asked at the women's level, and a leading "SM" if asked at the men's level.

If you reference the questionnaire in the appendix of the final report, you will see that S414 is question no. 414 in the Woman Questionnaire (see below).
