Hi,

In my research, I either delete these row or treat them as missing value. It depends on "your model".
But I prefer to delete it because the number of data is very low compare to all data sets that I have.
But if, let say, "your model" can also estimate these value by calibrating known data, may be you can treat them as missing value. hope this helps. :)
