Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

The weight variable in this file is hv005, as you have it. When using pweight, you do not need to divide by 1000000. You can if you want, but it won't make any difference whether you do or don't. When using iweight, you divide by 1000000. I strongly recommend that you avoid aweight. It is almost never the correct type of weight. You can find out more with "help weight".

Use iweight for tab and summarize (or svyset with pweight, and svy). Use pweight for statistical models.
