Dear User,
The health insurance questions for the Rwanda DHS 2014-15 survey are non standard and are located in the household. They are survey specific and start with the letters SH. The number corresponds to the number in questionnaire. For example SH21 corresponds to QH21 in the household questionnaire. You can find these variables in the frequencies. I would look at the weighted frequencies.
SH21: Covered by health insurance - all occurrences
SH22: Main type of health insurance - all occurrences
SH123E: Plan to get insurance
