Dear all,
I am working impact of health systems governance using SPA data on Tanzania. There are 2 surveys: 2006 and 2014/15.
In the surveys there is a health facility identifier. However, it is survey specific and not unique over the two waves. Is there any chance of tracking health facilities over the two waves?
