Good morning,

I am working on a project and we want to use the Comparative Wealth Index as our dependent variable. We want the alpha and beta estimates for these surveys: Burkina Faso_2003, Congo DR_2007, Cameroon_2004, Ghana_2003, Ghana_2008, Guinea_2005, Kenya_2003, Kenya_2008-09, Liberia_2007, Lesotho_2004, Lesotho_2009, Madagascar_2008-09, Mali_2006, Malawi_2004, Malawi_2010, Nigeria_2003, Nigeria_2008, Namibia_2006-07, Rwanda_2005, Sierra Leone_2008, Senegal_2005, Swaziland_2006-07, Uganda_2006, Zambia_2007, Zambia_2013-14, Zimbabwe_2005-06.
