Hello,

I am using the2014 KDHS for my dissertation on education. However, I noted that the variables hc61(mother's highest educational level), hc62(mother's highest year of education) and sh20a(why not registered)
have values for only members of household age 4 and below and missing for the rest(age 5-95).

Is there a reason why the data on the above named variables are available for only household members age 4 and below and missing for the rest?
