FYI, all the Nigerian DHS surveys are also available through IPUMS-DHS, for women, children, births, and household members. I'm not sure if you mean the household member file when you say "the household roster." While not all variables from the original DHS files are included, many thousands of integrated variables are part of IPUMS-DHS now, including nearly all standard variables and many country-specific variables.
