Hi,

thank you for all the help on the various factor weight files.

There appear to be some large differences between the values in the Excel factor weight file and the dataset for Cote D'Ivoire DHS 2011. For example, the mean given for 'animal drawn cart' in the Excel file (common tab) is 0.46 which would imply that 46% of the population has an animal drawn cart. However, the dataset indicates that this should be 2.8% (according to the variable HV243B) - a result that is more in line with general trends in animal drawn cart ownership. Similarly, the mean for Tractor in the Excel file is given as 0.48 while the dataset indicates that 0.1% of the population owns a tractor (according to variable SH118G).

Thank you for your help,

Kenzo
