For the samples currently included in IPUMS-DHS, you can check the "alcohol" variables under "Health behaviors" when you choose women as the unit of analysisl Here the display of available variables on alcohol consumption, with an X indicating that the variable is included in the survey listed directly above:

Note that most of the variables have new names given by IPUMS-DHS, since the original country-specific variable names varied greatly across surveys.

Here's another list of alcohol-related variables, that I pulled up by entering the term "alcohol" into the search box, with women as the unit of analysis:

Of the variables you are interested in are country-specific and non-standard, it's simple to look for them using the Search function on the IPUMS-DHS select data page.
