Current DHS6 tabulation plan for tables on immunization extracted from the DHS6 Tabulation Plan.
MICS5 questionnaire module on immunization extracted from the MICS5 Questionnaire for Children Under Five in the MICS Tools.
WHO Immunization Coverage Cluster Survey manual (2005). This is currently being updated.
