Dear DHS Team,

I am a student for Magister Epidemiology. My project is the secondary analysis of the Indonesia DHS survey 2007 and 2012 about contraceptive use. As part of the ethical review process, i will have to include details of the original ethical review board and approval of the Indonesia DHS 2007 and 2012 to the university's ethical review board. So, I would like to request the details of the ethical review board and ethical approval of the Indonesia DHS 2007 and 2012.
