Hi -- according to the documentation sent to me, the DHS was only approved by the ICF IRB. But my understanding is that all research in Uganda must be cleared by the UNCST as well as the President's Office. So is the staff telling me that DHS was _not_ cleared by UNCST and the President's Office?

Second follow up question: were the approval procedures for the 2011 AIS similar to the procedures for the 2011 DHS? (i.e., was the 2011 AIS also approved solely by the ICF IRB?)
