If you are interested in Congo Democratic Republic specifically, then perhaps the best you can do is look at the variable about recent diarrheal disease (H11) in children under 5. FYI, the DHS samples for Congo Democratic Republic for 2007 and 2013 are now part of the IPUMS-DHS database (available at idhsdata.org). You might want to visit the IPUMS-DHS website, select samples for just Congo Democratic Republic (using the Select Samples option), see what variables are available for those 2 samples, and, if you like, make a customized datafile with the variables and samples needed for your research project, after you log in with your DHS user email and password.
