Concerning the BMI for adults, you can get some information from the STATcompiler at this link: http://statcompiler.com/?share=229104AD593

These data, though, are for maternal BMI, that is restricted to women who gave birth to a child in the three or five years preceding the survey. If this doesn't suffice, you will need to refer to the individual reports or to download the datasets.
