I forgot to answer your second question. You can add the variables from the BUHH01 dataset using code like this added to the previous code:

* Drop merge variable from previous run
drop _merge
* Copy cluster and household variables
clonevar hhseg=v001
clonevar hhrugo=v002
* Merge data
merge m:1 hhseg hhrugo using "BUHH01FL.dta", keep(match)
