Dear DHS,
Please i am not able to find district variable in NFHS 1 and 2 please guide me where i can get that variable? and also please explain properly how you calculated z scores for height for age and weight for age. its very hard to understand to me. I asked so many times but i didnt get proper answer. Please let me know how to i calculate the Z SCORES.
