Hello,
I am trying to assign the values for A_h and M_h using Appendix A of the final report with v022 for the Mali 2012/13 household recode and child's recode datasets to build a multilevel weight. In these datasets, I am finding that v022 does not have labels for which region the values correspond to. I have tried to decern which regions the values of v022 correspond to using variables v023 and v024 with no luck as too many different values of v022 seem to correspond to the same region (i.e. there may be 4 values for one region while my understanding is that there should be 2). I am hoping someone may be able to advise on how to assign the values in Appendix A of the final report to v022 without the value labels, or a way to figure out what the value labels are so that I may proceed. Any and all guidance is much appreciated.
