Hi everyone.
I am using DHS datasets of East African countries to explore the relationship between violence, HIV and contraceptive use.
I have merged my datasets for all the countries. However, the final Congo and Rwanda datasets contain completely empty values in all columns related to violence module, unlike what I get after performing the same in Tanzania and Uganda. Annoyingly, when I merge Congo/Rwanda datasets with HIV datasets from another country I obtain value filled columns. Can someone help me understand what could be wrong. The attached file shows these observations

On a separate issue, I want to know how to apply the violence/HIV weights or any other weight in that matter but using R.
