Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Yes, DHS does not yet have Stata code for the mental health module. I expect it will be prepared and posted sometime in 2024. Have you tried to construct the indicators yourself, using the variables with prefix mth or smth. Please try, and if you have difficulty, DHS staff may be able to help.
