Hi,

I am trying to figure out whether a map with the location of locations in the DHS Geo data files would violate the confidentiality agreement/requirement:

"Agree to treat all data as confidential, and to make no effort to identify any individual, household, or enumeration area in the survey."

The points are not the individuals, nor are the actual locations (since they are usually scrambled). But I am not sure if it would be ok to plot those locations on a map. Any idea?
