Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

This is a set of complex indicators that would be calculated from b3 (cmc of births) in the birth histories and v011 (the woman's cmc of birth). You would have to take into account that some or many women have not (yet) had a k'th birth. We do not include these mean ages in the reports and we do not have code to calculate them. I'm sorry but we cannot help.
