Number of Clusters in HR file different from the GPS Shapefile [message #25049]

Hello DHS,

Our team reviewed the NFHS-5 data for India and found that the number of clusters in the HR file differs from the GPS shapefile. See the image below for the number of clusters in the HR file:

/index.php?t=getfile&id=1917&private=0

In the HR tabular data, there are 30,170 clusters, whereas, in the GPS shapefile, there are 30,197 clusters. See below:

/index.php?t=getfile&id=1918&private=0

This is in the NFHS-5 data for India (DHS 2019-21). Is there no household data for the 27 clusters in the GPS shapefile? We were under the impression that the GPS shapefile shows all the clusters we have tabular data for.
