Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

If you are using Stata, most commands allow you to include weights. The weight variable is v005, with a prefix "h" in the PR file and "m" in the MR file. There are different versions of the weight option. You will find many examples on the forum and with Stata "help".
