Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

I just went to the Stata version of the IR file for this survey and entered "describe d103*" (Note the prefix is d, not dm.) I got the following:

/index.php?t=getfile&id=1768&private=0

The variable labels are a pretty good guide to what the "CS" or country-specific questions were. You can also find the questions in the women's questionnaire in an appendix to the final report.
