Dear DHS Colleagues,

UNFPA would like you to consider the possibility of including some questions to approach the measurement of human rights issue. We want to illustrate this with the case of discrimination for which, the file attached provide a better description. As you may know, this is a difficult area for systematic measurement and it is reflected in our proposal. However, we will accompany the methodological process if needed.
