Following is a response from DHS Senior Sampling Specialist, Mahmoud Elkasabi:

The Senegal 2019 DHS interviewed men 15-59, therefore you should consider the age (mv012) in filtering the target population. When mv012 >=15 & mv012<=49 is used, you will find a total of 1,181 men from the MR dataset which is consistent with the final report. If you don't use the filter, estimates will be based on men 15-59, which are also published in Statcompiler.
