Dear DHS experts,

In the Nepal SPA 2015 report (table 3.9), the the percentage of facilities with regular quality assurance activities and observed documentation of quality assurance activities is 19.9. I am interested to know the percentage of the counterparts i.e. percentage of facilities with no regular quality assurance activities and observed documentation of quality assurance activities.
Would it be possible to get the code of this variable?
