The variable you are referencing is a country specific variable. For country specific questions, the variables are generally named and coded in the same way as they were on the questionnaire. The variable will have a leading "SH" if the question was asked at the household level, a leading "S" if asked at the women's level, and a leading "SM" if asked at the men's level. The questionnaires can be found in the appendix of the final report. This variable is from Question 25 in the household questionnaire.
