Hello DHS forum users,

After downloading the Geospatial Covariates files (for a large number of samples), I noted in the codebook that this variable should include 3 units: (1) rural cells; (2) urban clusters; and (3) urban centers.
However, the files contain 0-3. Does anyone have an idea about what the 0 stands for in this case?

I followed the link provided for the citation but this is not very clear. In one place I read that 0 may refer to unpopulated. That is quite interesting, as clearly people were living there and were surveyed.

If someone has experience with this variable and can share their insight, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
