Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

This kind of information is usually in the PR file and/or the IR file (for women). In GHIR72FL.dta I find the blood pressure measurements coded as s101. The woman's BMI is v445. Her anemia level is v457. I do not see any variables related to diabetes. In any case, DHS data do not normally include a formal diagnosis of diabetes or other NCDs, just questions about whether the subject has ever been treated for, or diagnosed with the NCD.
