Suggest adding questions about if and how much the woman paid for recent contraceptive products and services. This could be added after #323.
Proposed wording: a) In the last 12 months, have you paid any fees for family planning products and/or services (including the most
recent/current method)?
Yes .................................................. 1
No .................................................... 0
If yes,
b) How much did you pay?
This is the wording from PMA2020 female questionnaire.
Such information is needed to estimate household expenditure on family planning, a sizeable financing area for family planning that is not tracked by any other means. This should be collected in all countries.
