How can I look at FGM data by district (Tanzania)? Region is the smallest unit in the special FGM report, and that is still too big. Is there a simple way to disaggregate the data by district without using special software? Can the data be further disaggregated by ethnicity? Am not a research specialist! Appreciate advice. Thank you
